Ok, for fun, please share a story of your head exploding over talent or clients without outing them. My latest was sending an email with a time in EST and PST and getting an email back with just "??????" I emailed the request again and got "??????" I finally email and said I have no idea what that means. He copied the original email and said "which time is it?"
