Maurice W. Dorsey, Ph.D. is retired National Program Leader for Public Policy, USDA, Washington, DC. In his retirement he has published three Award winning books: Businessman First, a biography of Henry G. Parks, Jr.; From Whence We Come, a family saga based from a true story; and Of Time and Spirit, a tribute to his father. He has also established the Maurice W. Dorsey and Robert James Battjes Endowed Scholarship through the University of Maryland, College Park. He will be inducted into the Sigma Chapter of Omicron Delta Kappa, December 2022. He has been been philanthropic to many organizations.
