Around 8:15 p.m. July 25, a westbound Amtrak train traveling from Chicago to Seattle was near Harborview Park, about 5 miles from Everett Station, when it struck Anna Baisheva on the tracks. It was unclear why Baisheva, 35, was on the tracks. The train was delayed as authorities investigated.
