Md Meharban is a independent photojournalist. With his roots dug in Bihar, he moved to Delhi in 2016 and is a post graduate from AJK MCRC at Jamia Millia Islamia. Having a tooth in photography right from his school days, Md Meharban has lensed pictures which have gotten published in dailies all across the world. Interestingly, Md Meharban call himself a ‘photojournalist’ as he has screened his lenses across various beats in journalism, with his first- hand experience in fashion photography, he stepped into the corporate world with The Pioneer and then moved to Nature and wildlife photography with WWF India’s After tasting two varied fields, Md Meharban aspires to master street photography and reach to the hearts of people through his photography and dig out the sentiments and emotions in people which they seems to have buried in life’s hustle and bustle. While he let his dream of street photography to toil on its own vis-a-vis his extensive coverage of Anti-CAA & NRC protest, New Delhi. He continued to spread his wings in the industry. Md Meharban added another feather in his cap by winning a fellowship of WaterAid India Programme. He has picked up a few commercial projects in Bollywood as well. As a photographer, Meharban has covered several assignment in Delhi. Meharban’s work has been published in various News papers , Magazines including National Geographic, New York Times, Th Atlantic, Reuters, Associated Press, Indian Express, Hindustan times, Times of India, The Qunit, The Telegraph and many more.
