(CBS46) – The man accused of carrying out a string of deadly metro Atlanta spa shootings entered a guilty plea Tuesday morning for four of the eight murders. Robert Aaron Long plead guilty for the murders of four people at Young’s Asian Massage in Cherokee County. Long entered guilty pleas for all 23 counts in the indictment. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Long is accused in the March 16 attacks at three different massage parlors.

James Michael Coates, 56, of Woodstock, was taken into custody Wednesday and booked into the Fulton County Jail on multiple charges. Detectives arrested Coates after DNA evidence collected from the crime scene linked him to the murder, police said. On May 15th, 1988 Joshua Harmon was reported missing by his parents after he failed to return home for dinner.

Police responded to a call of a person stabbed around 11:50 p.m. at 2001 Old Concord Rd. That’s where they found 28-year-old Oscar Hernandez inside of an apartment with multiple injuries. Police say attempts to revive Hernandez were unsuccessful and he died at the scene.
