Museum officials had some special guests come in to teach the kiddos about agriculture so they will be able to start off this summer right, while outdoors. “I came to plant a couple of flowers and some green beans. I learned that they need sunshine, water, and soil,” says Beckett Blackstone participant at the Earth Day event.

  • Damages left behind from Sunday’s windstorm

While driving through the county, you may have seen a number of town signs displaced and fallen trees at the sides of the roads. Northern Regional Manager Bob Watson says Sundays windstorm did cause some damage and that town and city signs are next to fix.
