  • Native plant sale to be held May 3

    By Melany Slaughter Verified| Gloucester-Mathews Gazette-Journal Verified The John Clayton Chapter of the Native Plant Society, which includes both Gloucester and Mathews counties, will hold its native plant sale from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, at the Williamsburg Community Building, 401 N. Boundary Street. Members and others interested are invited to attend. The sale will have native plants that are well-suited for the region, and will include perennials, trees and shrubs.
