Diego Lopez, who was 16 at the time of the incident, faces up to 48 years in prison for the killing of 14-year-old Josiaz "Jojo" Aragon, according to a news release from the Denver District Attorney. At about 7 p.m. Monday, police responded to reports of a shooting the Sunlight Townhomes in the 500 block of 16th Street, according to a news release from the Greeley Police Department. The victim was reported to be a 14-year-old teenager who had been shot and was unresponsive, according to the release. The teen was later pronounced dead. After conducting an investigation, another juvenile was arrested and booked on related charges
