Coffee County EMA officials tell WDHN that around 91 residents have been evacuated from the Benny G. Adkins Veterans Home. Evacuees were transferred to an Enterprise nursing home. According to those officials, the fire is in the attic and still burning, but fire crews are working to contain the flames and stop the fire from spreading. No injuries have been reported.
