IEC had a booth at the Association for Career & Technical Education (ACTE) CareerTech VISION Conference and Expo in San Antonio, TX.

When Bill could not find such an organization, Diane instructed him to start one! That year, the major and the Marines in his reserve unit in Los Angeles collected and distributed 5,000 toys.
