Bail was set at $10 million for 32-year-old Craig Coleman, who was arrested this week and charged with sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl he contacted online - while he was awaiting sentencing on a previous sex charge. Coleman was convicted in 2017 for manufacturing child sexual abuse material and sexual assault.

These reassignment rooms, known as "rubber rooms", have long been criticized for leaving educators in limbo.

Jackson's father ran a tailor shop on the first floor, and in the 1970s, the building was renovated to house an insurance agency. But it's been abandoned for 40 years.
