The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) revealed July sales in the GTA have fallen 47 per cent from the same time last year, and 24 per cent from June. The board says last month’s 4,912 sales are an indication that the market is moderating from the frenzied pace seen in 2021 and in the first half of this year.
