Through her journey of healing, she is still learning to cope with her grief. The family of Isaiah Orozco celebrated Sunday on what would have been his 25th birthday. The family held a balloon release downtown, where his life was cut short. Orozco's mother, Connie Esparza, says Isaiah will never be forgotten. "He's always going to be a part of our lives," said Esparza.

The crash caused their vehicle to flip over multiple times, sending them to the hospital. Trinity Jones says she and her boyfriend, Fernando Quinones, were on their way to the movies when they were hit by the big rig. The couple is now left trying to find the driver who was behind the wheel.. “Scariest situation of my entire life," said Jones.
