By Mike Krueger Verified| Weather Norcal@ We’re wrapping up the week with sunny skies and warm temperatures for all of NorCal including the coast. It may be a little on the breezy side especially for the north and west side of the valley with gusty north winds at times. A weak disturbance is expected to clip Northern California on Saturday giving the mountains some afternoon clouds and a few isolated showers in Siskiyou, Modoc and Lassen County.

Although the best chances will be in the mountains, there may even be a stray shower or thunderstorm in the valley by Wednesday. As an area of low pressure slides down to the north and east of NorCal we will most likely see the north winds pick up on Thursday and Friday but we’re not expecting a major wind event at this point in time. We’re keeping it dry and warm as we go into the weekend and into next week.
