By Mike Lout| KJAS Radio Verified A Grand Jury that convened on Wednesday in the Jasper County Courthouse has reportedly determined that offices with the Jasper Police Department were justified in the use of force that resulted in the death of Evlin Land in an incident that occurred on the morning of June 4, 2024. The decision is said to have come following the presentation of the results of an investigation that was carried on by The Texas Rangers Division of the Department of Public Safety.
