North Elkhorn Mobile Home Park, located behind Arby’s on Paris Pike, is currently being evacuated, said Director Michael Henningan of the Georgetown/Scott County Emergency Management and Homeland security. The 30-unit mobile home park sits on the banks of Elkhorn Creek, which is already well beyond its banks.
