Hello! If you've gotten an email from me, it usually starts the same way every time. I'm Moises Mendez II, a freelance writer and editor covering internet culture and entertainment. I cover internet culture and music, movies, television shows, and sometimes books and documentaries. Before coming to TIME, I worked as a freelance culture journalist with bylines at The Atlantic, Rolling Stone, Teen Vogue, Fast Company, BET, Remezcla, The Daily Dot, and more.
