Thomas Wayne Sandusky, 67, of Rudy, was placed on administrative leave without pay until the case is adjudicated, according to Cedarville Police Chief Ken Howard. Sandusky was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and brought to the Crawford County Detention Center.
