Bachelor ski area. The boy, whose name has not yet been released, is from Anacortes, Washington. The youth was found unresponsive by Mt. Bachelor Ski Patrol about 400 yards uphill from Sunrise Lodge, in a wooded area near Sunrise chairlift. Ski patrol immediately started life-saving efforts and transported the boy to Mt. Bachelor’s on-site medical facility.

  • Terrebonne teen arrested after shooting in Bend parking garage

    By Morgan Owen| The Redmond Spokesman Verified Two teens were superficially wounded early Sunday morning after a shooting at the top of the Centennial Parking Garage in downtown Bend. Responding officers from the Bend Police Department determined that the two injured teens — one 18-year-old and one 17-year-old — were hanging out next to their vehicle at the top of the parking garage when a red Dodge Challenger pulled up to the side of their vehicle.
