While responding to the call for service, dispatch told officers that the caller had called three times, stating "intruder," and hung up. On the fourth call, stating "help."Dispatch told officers the caller refused to stay on the phone and kept hanging up. Officers spoke to Veronica Corcione, who confirmed she called 911 multiple times.

The homeowners say they were about to go to bed before hearing a loud boom in their garage, they thought someone broke into their home.
