Nearly 500 people attended the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's 2024 Best Places to Work awards event last Thursday, the opening day of the Minnesota State Fair. The day's unexpected rain shower ended right as festivities started at Heffron Park’s Horton Pavilions in the fairgrounds.
