Richard Lee Sauder, 46, of Elliottsburg, was charged with felony burglary, risking catastrophe, terroristic threats, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, as well as multiple counts of misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats following the incident late Monday.
