Biography
Northern BJTC and NCTJ accredited journalist based in North of England. I have achieved a distinction in an MA in Digital News Journalism from the University of Salford, and attained a first-class BA (Hons) in Media Production: Journalism, from York St John University. I have a passion for reporting and covering a variety of different stories, especially those surrounding themes of social change, news and entertainment. Currently, I work part-time as a Video Journalist for Questiony, alongside writing for The New Age Magazine, and my own publication, Tune. Tune has a website and socials which focus on the UK music scene. It follows on from my 'Tune' magazine I created, which won Best Magazine Project, chosen by Aesthetica Magazine's Editor Cherie Federico. I am a Co-Founder of hyperlocal news website 'YorNews', a site tailored to delivering local news content for young York residents. The site won Best Digital Project Award at the Emerge Awards, chosen by Hugh Mann-Adamson.
