Biography

I am a social worker who has been freelance writing since 1996. I love to meet new people and ask them about their experiences. I write personal essays, film reviews and travel pieces. Over the years, I have been published in print and online in many magazines and newspapers. Some of these include: The Toronto Star, Canadian Living Magazine, American Woman Road and Travel, Now Magazine, Today's Bride, HealthWatch, Today's Parent and many more. I raised a family and have retired from full time counselling and I am excited to be able to devote more time to travel writing and film reviews now that things are opening up again. Recently, I have written for Swagger, Zoomer and Inmagazine.
