According to the Bradford City Police, 33-year-old Michael S Carpenter approached a female case worker while she was performing her job duties, pulled out a knife, and made threats. When Carpenter refused to put the knife away and continued to approach her, the case worker left the building and reported the incident to police. Carpenter is charged with misdemeanor simple assault, as well as summary harassment.
