Paris Wolfe is a life and culture reporter for Cleveland.com | The Plain Dealer with a special focus in the region’s food, dining, spirits, and cocktails scene. In addition to 30 years of writing experience, she has learned about food and wine while working in the hospitality industry. She is a member of Les Dames des Escoffier, Cleveland Chapter. She’s an avid cook and baker, believing that the best ingredients make the best food. With that in mind she frequents local farms and small, local food retailers seeking specialty items. In her free time, she takes cooking classes, entertains friends and make culinary gifts for special occasions. Paris’s award-winning work has appeared in publications throughout Northeast Ohio and elsewhere. She has Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism – news/editorial, as well as a Master of Arts degree in public relations from Kent State University.
