I'm originally from Chicago, where I started my journalism career publishing a free monthly paper called the South Side Scoop and hosting Scoop Radio on WHPK every week. I now live in Durham, North Carolina, where I publish the Durham Skywriter (“Durham NC’s online community paper”) and host TV Skywriter a livestreaming program on Sunday evenings. I also produce on-location videos and other video conversations and news stories online. I hosted Radio Skywriter, a weekly interview program, on WNCU for 12 years.
