After dropping a tough 8-5 decision to the Tigers earlier in the evening, the Mustangs would bounce back in the nightcap, tossing a combined no-hitter to take down the Comets, 7-1. After McCracken starter Will Fox retired the Comets in order to kick things off, the Mustangs would get on the board early to cap off the first inning.
