Comedy night started with a performance from the club itself. This quintet, led by club president Noah Ahmed, started the night with a lot of crowd work.

May Arboretum and Botanical Garden — the first stop on one of the many scenic paths in Rancho San Rafael Park. As the audience walked through the gates and into the event, the string lights hung from the trees led to the rows of white chairs in the emptiest part of the arboretum.

The Nevada Sagebrush, the student news publication at the University of Nevada, Reno, was established in 1893 and covers all aspects of campus life.. It was founded in 1893 as The Student Record against the wishes of the Nevada Board of Regents. In 1910, the name was changed to The Sagebrush, and then, in 2004, to The Nevada Sagebrush. The newspaper is printed every Tuesday morning, and employs about 15 UNR students.
