(KOAM) -- A Missouri judge says a summary of a ballot question to restore abortion rights in the state penned by an anti-abortion GOP official is misleading. Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft wrote the summary in question, which would have appeared as the official summary on ballots. In it he claimed a provision to provide legal protection to people who help women get abortions would effectively block any abortion restrictions in the state.
