I have kept myself in decent physical shape for most of my life. However, walking just over a mile to work everyday and playing beer-league hockey once a week while never saying no to a cheeseburger isn’t exactly a recipe for tip-top health and wellness. Weighing in at 215 pounds in late January did not exactly make me gleeful.
