The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office responded to the home on the Five Road in Carmel for a report of a family fight Monday night. According to the sheriff's office, 44-year-old Eugene Woodard tried to force his way inside the home, telling family members inside that he would break down the door. Woodard had previously been issued a criminal trespass notice at that property.
