INCUMBENT CHOKWE ANTAR LUMUMBA CAME IN A DISTANT SECOND TO STATE SENATOR JOHN HORHN, BUT NEITHER GAINED ENOUGH VOTES TO SECURE A WIN. VOTERS WILL HAVE TO HEAD BACK TO THE POLLS ON APRIL 22ND.
