  • Pendleton City Council considers contract to maintain standby generators

    By Phil Wright Verified| East Oregonian Verified PENDLETON — The Pendleton City Council is considering approving a five-year contract with with Western States Equipment to perform preventative maintenance on the city’s fleet of standby generators. The council meets Tuesday, March 4, starting at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at city hall, 500 SW Dorion Ave. If the council approves the contract, the city will pay $217,995.48 to Western States for the work.
