Philip Teye Agbove is a distinguished Ghanaian Investigative Journalist and Fact-checker, known for his impactful accountability journalism. His work has earned him accolades, including Most Promising Young Investigative Journalist by the Media Foundation For West Africa in 2022. He's recognized as a Justice Advocate by the International Justice Mission for fighting anti-human trafficking in Ghana and is a nominee for the 2023 ICFJ Knight International Journalism Awards and Amnesty International Media Awards. Philip is also Ghana's National Outstanding Student Journalist of the Year in 2021. Before becoming an Investigative Journalist, he worked with the Ghana News Agency and corresponded for UK-based SheHub.tv. He's an alumnus of DW Akademie and documented success stories for Farm Radio International Ghana. Philip graduated with honors in Journalism from the GH Media School and has received awards for his outstanding dedication to journalism. He is determined to use investigative journalism to find solutions to societal issues and recurring problems.
