Though no vote was taken and the application is expected to be heard again next month, numerous abutting objectors, including residents, Brick Market Place business owners and nearby condominium associations, targeted the project’s proposed parking plan.

Over a dozen speakers, including School Committee members, teachers, students and parents, voiced opposition to a motion to rescind the policy and send it for legal review.
