J&K High Court DB directs Govt to frame a "Committee of Experts" on ascertaining reason of frequent road accidents in Chenab Valley

Ramesh Kotwal, senior superintendent of police in Kathua, said that accused Raj Kumar, a resident of Chak Wazir Labzoo, killed his younger brother Naresh Kumar, 32, and his wife Asha, 24, at their home in the tehsil Marheen. “Land disputed is stated to the cause of brutal crime,” said the top cop.
