Survey: An end to child care stabilization funds could mean fewer child care providers and higher costs to parents

Providers also reported potential tuition increases, reduced staff and hours, and longer waitlists if funding ceases. The program, which has distributed over $600 million, faces a funding gap despite an extension through June 2025.
