TOWANDA, PA (WENY) -- A former Bradford County District Attorney sentenced to prison for sexual misconduct in 2021 is now out on parole. Forty-nine year old Chad Salsman was released from Mercer State Correctional Institution on April 21, after he was recently granted parole. Salsman had been in prison since 2021, following his arrest earlier that year, after five women accused him of sexual assault.
