Gary Thomas Keesee, 36, is being held at the Licking County Jail. The case is being handled by the Licking County Sheriff's Office, instead of the Knox County Sheriff's Office, which received the original rape complaint.

  • Doula says limits added to Ohio budget will ruin program meant to improve infant mortality rate
