The new mother and her husband are raising a 2-month-old baby boy while living with her parents. While the couple is grateful they have a place to live, Joslin said they wish to find affordable housing for their new family. “It is a blessing and I try not to take it for granted at all, but at the same time there are some days where we really wish that we had our own place,” she said.
