This is great news because turkey populations have been hit hard, presumably by bird flu. The turkey population on a ranch I’ve hunted for a number of years was decimated. Over the last two years, the landowner saw only one or two birds, but I recently got a text saying there back. He counted 31 birds and several nice toms in the area I typically hunted.
