Owners Larry and Mandy Cozine made a formal announcement Saturday to a crowd of guests and customers. An initial announcement of a potential closing was made in October on Facebook. The couple cited the rising cost of liquor liability insurance as one of the reasons for the closing. They spent the ensuing months trying to find affordable coverage. The decision didn’t come easily, Mandy said.
