Biography

Rob Miraldi is an award-winning author, columnist and journalist. He has a PhD in American studies and was a popular professor of journalism at the State University of New York for 35 years. Two of Miraldi’s biographies of famous American journalists were as the best books in journalism and mass media in the United States. In 1991 Miraldi was a Fulbright scholar lecturing on American journalism in the Netherlands. For two decades, he has been writing about free speech and free press. He currently writes a syndicated column in the USA today network.
