By Robin Heydon| Cambridge News Verified I was riding along a cycle path the other day when it hit me. No, not the latest world-changing idea on how to fix congestion in Cambridge and other places, but a stupid tree that was dangling dangerously in my path. I thought I could pass underneath it, but unfortunately a gust of wind moved that branch into my face. Thankfully, I was wearing a hat so it didn't puncture my skin, but this has to stop. Yes, this is annoying.
By Robin Heydon| Cambridge News Verified Many people only think of cycling as a sport. If you see cycling on television it will be in the context of sport. Whether it is the Tour de France, or the Giro d’Italia, or a smaller race like Liège-Bastogne-Liège, it is normally men and women in lycra with support cars racing through the countryside at high speed. Given that the Netherlands has the most people cycling, you would think that they do a lot of sport?
