I am a climate activist and freelance writer interested in the environmental and health sectors. I typically focus on minority experience, youth engagement, environmental health education, and more. My passion for environmental health advocacy began when I witnessed the realities of how pollution was worsening my father's asthma, reducing his overall quality of life. I am the executive director and founder of The Community Check-Up, which is a national environmental health group aiming to restructure the climate narrative as a public health emergency. In addition to this, I am on the executive board of Climate Cardinals, which is an international climate accessibility non-profit that has gained international attention from the UN and several media outlets.
