Biography
Ron Rocky Coloma is an editor and writer with a sharp eye for detail and a deep love for storytelling. While he’s known for his work in entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle journalism, he’s also edited and written stories across a wide range of beats - business, politics, tech, the environment, sports, and more. At Entertainment Flair, he creates original content that spans celebrity profiles, fashion week coverage, and behind-the-scenes industry insights. His work reaches readers in 87 countries and has taken him from the runways of New York, London, Milan, and Paris to shows in Copenhagen, Tokyo, and Seoul - giving him a front-row view of global style and the people shaping it. Outside of that, Coloma brings the same editorial precision and creative instinct to hard news and feature writing. Whether it’s a longform political piece or a sharp business column, he knows how to structure a story, find its voice, and make it matter. He’s a Stanford grad with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Communication, earned on an accelerated four-year track with a focus on data journalism. He builds audiences, elevates content, and turns stories into strategy - always showing up with energy, thoughtfulness, and a flair for the details that make a piece shine.

The Stanford Daily is the independent, student-run newspaper of Stanford University, established in 1892. Originally called The Daily Palo Alto, it became The Stanford Daily in 1905 to differentiate itself from another local publication. The Stanford Daily provides extensive coverage of news, sports, arts, and events relevant to the Stanford community and beyond. It features an online archive with over a million articles from nearly 19,000 issues. Approximately 200 students contribute to the publication each quarter, making it a vital platform for student journalism and media production.
