Biography
I've been a fan of NFL and NCAA football since 1988. I'm a member of the Bills Mafia and lived through the four consecutive Super Bowl appearances and the 17-year drought. I live in Meridian, Idaho (outside of Boise) and follow Boise State Broncos football, Michigan Wolverines and University of Buffalo Bulls, in no particular order, and of course the Buffalo Bills. I’ve written for multiple sites, and covered Boise's half-season Single A baseball, the Boise Hawks, and Boise State Broncos football. I am currently a contributor for Sports Illustrated and host a podcast called The Mafia Cast, covering the Buffalo Bills.

Many fans have been left disappointed with Brandon Beane's draft picks in the early rounds, but this list goes back before Beane took over. The Bills selected 10 players in the first round since 2013.
By Ronnie Eastham| Buffalo Bills on SI@ The Buffalo Bills will make a young player's dream come true when they make the No. 30 overall selection at the NFL Draft. At least, as of right now, the Bills are set to pick late in Round 1, but general manager Brandon Beane has a reputation for trading up and down the board. He's done it multiple times throughout his tenure with the Bills, including last season, when they pulled off a now-infamous trade with the Chiefs, moving out of the first round.
By Ronnie Eastham| Yardbarker Verified Late Raiders owner Al Davis was known for drafting fast guys, particularly wide receivers, almost to a fault. The league is full of examples of uber-fast players that simply weren't good enough to play at the NFL level. This game is so much more than just being able to run fast in a straight line, and Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane appears to understand that.
