FOX 40 reporter Rowena Shaddox reached out to the Elk Grove Unified School District Monday after receiving a copy of the material, which imitates paper money with a racist slur written across the top, an offensive rendering of an African-American man in the center, and more derogatory comments on the sides.

Fro Davis, owner of Tree House Cafe, took a video when he spotted a couple of hybrids weeks ago. “I was pulling up at the back entrance of Discovery Park. I looked in my mirror. I looked in my mirror and there’s two of them. I’m like, oh those are coyotes,” said Davis. “So I turned around to videotape it. And as they came up, I’m like, those are not coyotes.
