Singer songwriter and recording artist, New York City native Roxanne Fontana cut her literary teeth as a poet. Published in various books and magazines, Roxanne also penned a memoir that chronicles her personal and professional life up to 1999. Self-published in 2011, and available as an ebook, the memoir received rave reviews on Amazon, and in other publications before being pulled in 2017. Plans to re-publish and print are afoot. Roxanne has completed her first novel, The Cedar Trees. A rock n roll novel based on a true story. She continues to freelance articles for various publications usually about rock n roll.

The film was lauded at Cannes, and close to being over-hyped. I got all dressed up, for David, pulling out my vintage 1970s Harrods Opera coat. I stuffed three tissues in its pocket – for I would surely cry.
